‘With the Qur’an’ began in 2015 as a research project by Qur’an educators and computer scientists from several countries. The goal was to build tools that support the time-tested techniques used in Qur’an memorising centres around the world.
The project applies image processing and machine learning, together with research in educational methods, to produce tools that make learning the Qur’an easier and more effective.
The concept of hifz annotation and testing was developed here, and published as a research paper in 2017.
بدأ مشروع «مع القرآن» عام ٢٠١٥ مشروعًا بحثيًا بمشاركة عدد من معلمي القرآن وعلماء الحاسوب من بلدان مختلفة، بهدف تطوير أدوات تدعم الطرائق المجرَّبة المتَّبعة في مراكز تحفيظ القرآن حول العالم.
يوظِّف المشروع معالجة الصور وتعلُّم الآلة، مع البحث في الأساليب التربوية، لتقديم أدوات تُيسِّر تعلُّم القرآن الكريم.
طُوِّر في هذا المشروع مفهوم التأشير على الحفظ واختباره، ونُشر في ورقة بحثية عام ٢٠١٧.
